The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of Zona Rosa with easy access to everything. The rooms are clean and cozy, but could use some updates, especially with the shower water pressure. Service is excellent with prompt assistance and even a trip to Monserrat hill provided. The dining options are limited, but the buffet offers some variety. The central location means it can get noisy at night with nearby nightlife venues.
The hotel was situated in a lively area near clubs and nightlife, which could be noisy at times but didn't bother our stay much. The room lacked ventilation due to small windows, although it featured an interconnecting door that wasn't soundproof.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but facing the street made my allergies act up due to poor ventilation. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff all around. The location was great for nightlife but could get noisy. Dining options were average, lacking variety for vegetarians. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
